The 13cm blade is made from 133 layers of steel and is Honbazuke-honed for a razor sharp edge. The Damascus style pattern on the blade is unique for each knife and the beautiful black ash wooden handle gives this knife a beautiful aesthetic overall.
It’s recommended to use a wooden cutting board to keep the blade at its sharpest. You can sharpen the edge using a traditional whetstone and this knife should be hand washed only.
