The Myibai 5000FCD 11cm Shotoh is another exceptional knife in the range from the Japanese company renowned for producing high quality blades.

The 11cm blade on the 5000FCD makes it ideal for cutting, chopping and dicing smaller fruits & vegetables as well as smaller cuts of meat. The blade core is surrounded by 48 layers of steel and honed using traditional techniques to provide the best level of sharpness.

The handle is made from Pakkawood and is black with red trim at the base and the Miyabi logo in the centre. The transition from the handle to the blade is seamless and the ergonomic design allows for comfortable use for extended periods of time.
