Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (including knife boxes, blade protectors, etc.)
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used knives of any type (Chef’s Knives, Boning Knives, Bread Knives, etc.)
- Opened knife sharpening products (Electric Knife Sharpeners, Diamond Steels, Honing Steels)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely: Repack items in their original packaging with all protective materials. For knives, ensure blade guards are properly secured.

Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the return is processed. Shipping times follow our standard delivery schedule.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
