We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking available

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (including knife boxes, blade protectors)
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Any used knives (Chef’s Knives, Boning Knives, Bread Knives, etc.)
  • Opened knife sharpening products (Electric Knife Sharpeners, Diamond Steels, Honing Steels)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Refund Timeline & Methods

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
